Make an impact with our Regional Marketing team as a Regional Marketing Manager. **Responsibilities**

Strategic Marketing
- Work with the business leaders to understand their business objectives and translate these into marketing strategies, plans and activities
- Lead the annual marketing plan and budget development, to drive our brand awareness and market positioning, and create sales opportunities for our practitioners
- Measure, understand and report on the impact of marketing activities; analyze reporting information and make recommendations/adjustments to plans and programs where necessary
- Manage and monitor marketing budgets, analyzing variances between planned and actual spend and recommend correct actions, as necessary
- Collaborate with the regional marketing teams and with the National Marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns and in-market activities
- Develop and execute strategies for internal awareness to stakeholders of solutions relevant to other regions and niches to promote cross selling
- Build strategic alliances and foster marketing relationships with key stakeholders in the marketplace including with associations, boards, influencers, media, and the community
- Organize client prospect programs in conjunction with internal resources and internal marketing-related initiatives
- Develop creative campaign briefs, lead concept development and execution
- Identify, negotiate and manage strategic sponsorships of all sizes
- Maintain brand and positioning with MNP properties and utilize marketing materials and collateral including promotional items, brochures, and tradeshow equipment

**Leadership**
- Manage, mentor, motivate and coach one direct report (senior marketing coordinator) towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and addressing performance issues promptly
- Conduct formal, written annual performance reviews for direct report
- Gather and interpret insights and assess the competitive environment, MNP market share and brand positioning
- Maintain awareness of changes to regional marketplaces, study economic indicators in the regions and identify current and future market and industry trends
- Understand vendor arrangements/structures and develop and maintain those relationships
- Adhere to firm processes and best practices, including the use of consistent marketing and budget templates
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve marketing processes
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

**Skills and Experience**
- Completion of a post-secondary degree in Marketing (or equivalent / similar)
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a marketing capacity and a demonstrated understanding of managing the entire marketing process
- Experience working in a professional services environment considered an asset
- Understanding and experience working in the local marketplace is an asset
- Understanding of how to build and reinforce effective working relationships within and across teams and with key stakeholders
- Strong Project Management skills
- Possess strong presentation and reporting skills
- Possess business development skills and knowledge
- Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Database Marketing Software and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with web, digital and social media platforms
- A valid driver’s license is necessary as travel will be required
