- Process customer orders and ensure they are kept on track
- Ensure a high level of customer service is provided throughout the sales process
- **Requirements**:_
- University degree or college diploma preferred.
- 2-3 years Customer service experience required
- 1 year Inside Sales experience preferred.
- Sales/customer service experience in U.S. or International Markets an asset
- Exceedingly competent written and verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize to maximize efficiency, effort and results.
- Willingness to learn new products, operates with a sense of urgency and can multitask efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude a necessity
- Fluency in English (clarity in speaking) is a requisite for the position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$25.07 per hour
