**YOUR ROLE**

The Franchise Account Manager is the main contact for our International franchisees/clients and is responsible for the overall sales performance of specific countries for Footwear product categories. This person will be responsible to deliver, in collaboration with Franchise partners, set strategies around pricing, selection of products and buys, from pre-planning activities to in-season management analysis and action plans (promos, MDs, Visual Merchandising activations,). The person in this role will be accountable for the overall territory performance in all channels, including brick and mortar, digital and indirect wholesale. In order to achieve the targets, the Account Manager must coordinate with various functions including Planning, Marketing, Operations & Merchandising. This person needs to be resourceful, highly analytical, ability to work in a data drive fast paced environment and have strong salesmanship.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with franchise partners, main objective being to achieve optimized sell through of seasonal collections, from pre-planning to in-season management.
- Accountable to deliver the commercial calendar as well as the initiatives of the entire Go-To-Market strategy (GTM) with internal teams and franchise partners for both Stores and Digital.
- Lead pre-season planning in collaboration with the Planning team, (conceptual Assortment Plan, Blends, open to buy) and tightly monitor inventory levels to ensure profitability of partner.
- Responsible to meet Market Week’s seasonal buying budgets, which includes presentations of the global collection to our franchise partners during Market Week, as well as submitting buying recommendations that align with the brand’s vision, and ensure partner’s buy in.
- Lead and influence In-season Management, i.e. provide weekly recap analysis that monitor product packages, Windows, special activations or promotions’ performance, as well as ensuring proper MDs to reach desired sell through by end of season.
- Monitor competition, i.e. identify territory product needs from a silhouette and a pricing perspective by conducting pricing analysis and reporting any upcoming trend to the Director of Account Management. Be competition obsessed.
- Support Account Management Director in reporting data driven needs and opportunities through weekly touch points, Monthly Business reviews and quarterly Buying Post Mortems to internal teams.

- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Buying experience required
- Able to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Deep interest and enthusiasm with regards to the fashion industry
- Strong planning skills and analytical mindset
- Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills - ability to conduct training & effectively present content
- Very hands-on / adaptable to support wherever required
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient on Excel and Power Point
- Autonomous worker
