Experienced Office Administrator

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Administration:
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and tracking expenses.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
2. Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing incoming communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure office facilities are well-maintained and equipment is functioning properly.
3. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including organizing meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in HR functions such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training sessions.
4. Project Management:
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and effectively prioritize projects to meet deadlines and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with team members to support project initiatives, track progress, and provide administrative assistance as needed.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience with QuickBooks Online and a strong understanding of financial principles.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
3. Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong financial literacy and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data accurately.
7. Previous experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
