**About The Position**

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to day marketing and event planning activities. This includes sourcing, creating, publishing and optimizing web and social media content, supporting management of events and webinars, and assistance in the development of social media posts.

**Summary of Responsibilities**
- Assist with management of social media content by posting regularly to social platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and maintaining online Partner and Manager profiles
- Maintain Zeifmans websites, Social HP platform, including adding/removing pulled news from predetermined google news feeds following best practices to ensure Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is leveraged
- Post blogs on Zeifmans.ca, updating copy on pre-made social squares, and posting corresponding pre-written social media posts on Zeifmans’ social media channels
- Administer internal communications including Zeifmans Insider, news posts, event invitations, Eblasts, etc.
- Create monthly Client newsletters based on posted content for the corresponding month
- Research and source branded promotional items for Client and Staff events
- Performs other marketing tasks as required

**Summary of Experience**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing
- Previous experience in event planning
- Previous experience working in a dynamic environment an asset

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
- Possess a high level of creativity
- Able to work effectively and reliably under pressure, utilizing strong project management and organization skills
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Photoshop, Social HP, Constant Contact, and WordPress
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365
