**Duties**:

- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers on-site
- Coordinate project tasks and ensure adherence to timelines
- Provide guidance and training to team members
- Lead by example
- Inspect work progress and quality
- Communicate with project managers and contractors

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in construction, with expertise in installation, drywall, concrete forming, blueprint reading, construction estimating, siding, hand tools, and roofing
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team oriented
- Passionate about your workmanship, your team, and our customers.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
