Bagging Operator

Bagging Operator

A Bagging operator is responsible for bagging and shipping product as well as completing small maintenance in the paper and plastic bagging areas.

What you’ll do:
- Oversee the safe operation, housekeeping and preventative maintenance of the bagging equipment.- Operate a forklift to stack pallets.- Complete daily inventories, shift notes and communicate with dry end operations to maximize production.- Complete small repairs and adjustments- Participate in site safety programs.

What you’ll need:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.- A class 5 Driver License.- Industrial experience working with machinery is an asset.- Basic computer skills.- Mechanically inclined.- Team player with a desire to learn.- Good communication skills.- Exceptional safety standards.
