Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'une ou un gestionnaire adjoint de santé, sécurité environnement (SSE), production et entrepôt, pour l'équipe de SSE de nos installations de Montréal, Québec, Canada. La personne qui occupera ce poste relèvera de la gestionnaire régionale SSE, production et entrepôts, et contribuera au succès de PepsiCo Canada Breuvages en soutenant les enjeux de SSE pour nos activités de production et entrepôt. D'autres responsabilités pourraient s'ajouter à ses tâches, s'il y a lieu, pour soutenir l'emplacement ou l'entreprise et assister la gestionnaire régionale de la SSE, production et entrepôts, dans l'exécution du plan général de SSE.
Responsabilités:
- Mettre en œuvre et exécuter les politiques, procédures, instructions de travail et formations nécessaires conformément au système mondial de gestion de l’environnement, de la santé et de la sécurité de PepsiCo (GEHSMS).
- Gérer les risques en matière de SSE pour l'installation en effectuant des évaluations des risques, en classifiant les risques par ordre de priorité, et en mettant en œuvre des contrôles des risques spécifiques.
- Produire des mises à jour et rapports mensuels et travailler avec la direction du site pour veiller à la communication efficace de l'information liée à la santé, la sécurité et l'environnement.
- Atteindre les cibles de SSE périodiques et annuelles relativement à la fréquence et à la gravité des incidents et aux économies de coûts associées.
- Diriger l'exécution, la mise en œuvre et le suivi du plan de SSE annuel du site, ce qui inclut la gestion d'un budget de SSE.
- Aider les responsables des différents aspects des programmes internes à développer les capacités et compétences en matière de SSE dans une optique d'amélioration continue du programme de SSE.
- Diriger la procédure d'enquête en cas d'incident de SSE, notamment l'analyse des causes fondamentales et la détermination des mesures correctives.
- Soutenir les procédures de rémunération des travailleurs et de retour au travail.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration, à la mise en œuvre et à l'exécution de programmes de SSE et autres responsabilités attribuées par la gestionnaire régionale de SSE.
- Planifier et faciliter l'exécution de l'échéancier de formation en SSE annuel.
- Superviser et soutenir les comités de sécurité de l'emplacement.
- Soutenir l'emplacement dans l'atteinte des objectifs annuels de SSE.
- Maintenir une connaissance à jour des lois applicables et des normes des systèmes de gestion.
- Veiller à la tenue à jour des permis exigés par la loi et à la conformité aux exigences de production de rapports annuels.
- Agir à titre de personne-ressource pour les autorités réglementaires (fédérales, provinciales et locales), s'il y a lieu.
- Faire preuve de maturité professionnelle et démontrer une capacité à prendre les devants du changement.
Qualification:
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial dans un domaine pertinent, de préférence santé et sécurité, environnement, génie, science ou administration des affaires.
- 5 à 7 ans d'expérience de travail en SSE dans un environnement de production
- Expérience en production et entreposage d'aliments et boissons un fort atout
- Expérience démontrable en relations avec le personnel, expérience dans un environnement syndiqué, entregent et aptitudes en communications verbales ou écrites.
- Fortes compétences en systèmes de SSE, résolution de problèmes, évaluation des risques, sens de l'organisation et de l'analyse
Overview:
We are currently looking for a Manufacturing and Warehouse (MW), Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Associate Manager for our EHS team based out of our Montreal, Quebec, Canada location. This role reports into the Regional MW EHS Manager and will contribute to PepsiCo Beverages Canada’s success by providing EHS support to our Manufacturing and Warehouse Operation. Additional responsibilities to support the facility or business may be assigned as required so to assist the Regional MW EHS Manager in executing the broader EHS plan.
**Responsibilities**:
- Implements and executes necessary policies, procedures, work instructions and training conforming to PepsiCo’s Global Environmental Health and Safety Management System.
- Manages EHS risk for the facility by conducting risk assessments, prioritizing risk, and implementing specific risk controls.
- Delivers monthly reports and updates and works with site management to ensure effective communication of EHS information.
- Achieves period and annual EHS targets for incident frequency, severity, and related cost reductions.
- Leads the execution, implementation, and tracking of the site’s annual EHS Plan including managing an EHS budget.
