As the Associate, you will develop and manage dynamic proactive and reactive communications across various channels. This role is not just about just delivering messages; it's about creating narratives that resonate, educate, and inspire. A Day in the Life
- Support the achievement of Element’s strategic objectives through the development and execution of plans driving industry leading communications.
- Work with external partners to coordinate end-to-end production, design, and translations for content, as required.
- Maintain editorial calendars, track publication approvals process, and develop and manage workflows to meet editorial and project deadlines.

Requirements
- BA in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years in Corporate Communications or Corporate Marketing, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex communication strategies in B2B and/or B2C environments.
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to produce brand-aligned, strategic, clear, and engaging content in support of business objectives.
- Strong skills in collaboration and time management, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as external parties.
- High degree of judgment, discretion, and the capability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, content management systems, and digital media, and adept at learning new technologies.
- A strong commitment to client-centricity.
- A proven track record of handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
