**SUPPORT THE MARKETING TEAM'S OBJECTIVES - IT’S WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- ** Write for effective product marketing** - Create engaging copy that clearly communicates the problems solved by our products for our specific buyers to help move them along in the buyer journey.
- ** Work with a team** - Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Communications and Sales to develop product personas, positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
- ** Collect market intelligence** - Be an expert in monitoring market trends and emerging solutions to help identify potential opportunities to our business. Understand our buyers and their process, including who they are, how and what they buy, where they get information and their buying criteria for our suite of products. Then help to drive changes to our sales and marketing processes and assets based on what you learn.
- ** Understand the competitive landscape** - Consider how they are positioned and our own differentiators to create effective marketing assets and sales enablement tools.
- ** Promote great products** - Develop a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with our Product Marketing Manager and Marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers. Support the launches of net-new products and releases of existing product updates, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. Act as a thought leader for the products you support both externally and internally, including speaking engagements and written works.
- ** Build relationships** - Understand and support our sales channels and referral partner network; help to train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users as well as develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
- ** Stay up to date** - Maintain inventory of all available assets and ensure they are current and effective. Adapt the Pragmatic Marketing framework processes to our businesses to ensure effective product marketing practices.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED***:

- Excellent writing and speaking skills.
- 5+ years of marketing experience.
- Pragmatic Marketing certification or similar training.
- Highly skilled with MS Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team mindset.
- Familiarity with writing for SEO and with customer personas in mind.
- Knowledge of French language is an asset.
