**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure product consistency, palatability, and quality.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to food quality, service, and accommodations.
- Manage food and beverage deliveries, meticulously checking contents for quality and quantity.
- Oversee food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing, and presentation to uphold Company Standards.
- Efficiently schedule staff hours using appropriate systems/software and assign duties to optimize food production and timely service.
- Evaluate work procedures and operational issues to identify opportunities for service improvement, enhanced performance, or safety enhancements.
- Engage in some food preparation or service tasks as needed.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain inventory levels for food and equipment.
- Organize and oversee staff training programs, address personnel issues, participate in the hiring process, and evaluate employee performance.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs, as well as various services.
- Operate the point of sale cash register, manage cash transactions, and make bank deposits.
- Report on weekly and monthly store KPIs (labor, cost of goods, store reviews,)
- Adhere to Company opening and closing procedures, maintaining related records.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous managerial experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Team player mentality.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with personnel and human resources duties.
- Effective communication and active listening skills.
- Strong critical thinking abilities.
- Above all, a commitment to having fun

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
