Calgary, Canada C&D Insurance Services Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records
- Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events as needed
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with dental or medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: $18.89-$20.78 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
