About the Role:
Bosa Properties is looking for a Commercial Property Administrator to join our team of talented real estate professionals. Reporting to one of our Commercial Property Managers, this individual will have the opportunity to support a portfolio consisting of retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use buildings throughout BC connected to the most coveted real estate. You will play a key role in tenant communication, data management, reporting, account reconciliation, accounts receivable and general administration.

**What You'll Do**
- Build relationships with tenants, providing solutions and acting as their first point of contact;
- Draft communications to tenants such as memos, notices, letters, minutes and manuals;
- Assist with the collections of tenant arrears, reconciliation of accounts and collection and reporting of Accounts Receivable;
- Provide administrative support to assigned portfolio, with the preparation of budgets and reports, data management, and reconciliation of tenant accounts;
- Liaise and assist in compiling a centralized repository for the growing, dynamic commercial portfolio;
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

What you Bring:

- 2 years of experience in property management administration;
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (i.e. rent collection, accounts receivable, etc.);
- Highly proficient organizational and time management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve using effective written and verbal communication;
- Ability to provide human-centered solutions and adapt to changing needs;
- Experience with Yardi will be considered an asset.
