The Canadian Construction Association (CCA) is the national voice for Canada’s heavy civil, institutional, commercial, and industrial construction industry, giving voice to the public policy, legal and standards development goals of contractors, suppliers and allied business professionals working in, or with, our industry. Construction is the backbone of the Canadian economy, employing some 1.4 million Canadians, pumping about $141 billion annually into the national economy, and accounting for nearly 7.5 per cent of Canada’s gross domestic product (GDP). Its impact is immense and the life we enjoy - from the schools we send our kids to; the hospitals that care for us; to the roads and bridges that connect our communities - is all possible because of construction.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage and respond to all inquiries for membership, maintain a database for leads and track progress.
- Responsible for onboarding new members and nurturing existing members to maximize retention and build strong relationships between members and CCA staff.
- Manage all communications to engage with CCA corporate members.
- Maintain the CCA membership database and update records across platforms as required.
- Manage quarterly corporate advocacy briefings.
- Support the Director, Marketing Communications on any marketing or growth initiatives for membership.
- Support the Director, Marketing Communications on any projects, engagements or initiatives relating to our local construction association partners.
- Participate in planning and brainstorming meetings as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree or college diploma in a relevant area of study.
- Minimum three years of membership, administrative or other relevant experience.

**Skills & knowledge**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Time management.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs and processes.
- Bilingual considered an asset.
- Understanding of associations an asset
