HUB is seeking a self-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to assist with all aspects of recruitment and employer branding. Reporting to the VP, People and Culture you will be working closely with members of the HR team and hiring managers.

**Responsibilities**:
Support and work collaboratively with each hiring manager to understand job requirements and expectations
Post job, screen job applicants and conduct phone interviews
Resumes searching via LinkedIn and Indeed
Oversee the scheduling and logistics of interviews
Administer pre-employment background screening and conduct reference checks as necessary
Assist with onboarding with the HR team
Improve recruiting effectiveness and hiring strategies
Evaluate current talent sourcing strategies and recommend improvements
Train hiring managers and others on best practices for recruiting
Manage various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, Workday, Employee Referral Program, social media platforms, external job boards and third-party recruitment agencies
Assess and improve current hiring pipelines
Grow and maintain a strong pipeline to reduce the time to hire
Ad hoc projects as assigned
Required Education/Experience
Experience working in a recruitment firm/agency is an asset
At least 2 years professional experience in recruitment, sales or marketing
Degree or diploma in human resources, business administration, or related field
Bilingual in French is an asset
