**About the Role**:
Maximizer is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to help solidify the strength of our business as we move into the future. In this role, you will develop strategic partnerships to build our brand and ensure we have a long-term, profitable client base in our most valuable segment. You will work alongside customer success managers and sales executives to strengthen our client relationships and encourage business growth through sales initiatives. You must have significant experience in account management and demonstrable success growing high-profile client accounts.

**Key Responsibilities and Contributions**:

- Ensure a long-term, profitable client base (Think 110% NRR)
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to help build our brand
- Develop and manage sales initiatives to support business growth
- Work with new and existing business units to ensure strong client relationships
- Monitor customer satisfaction
- Analyze account profitability, taking cultural and technological advancements into consideration
- Conduct meaningful value review sessions with customers to ensure they are continuously realizing value and achieving their desired business outcomes
- Develop and test playbooks and program ideas while tracking results based on internal and customer KPIs
- Delivering high NPS within the segmented book of business
- Create and collaborate on customer assets as required
- Identify and help drive customer references and case studies
- Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams to retain and grow strategic accounts

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or extensive related work experience
- Account management experience (5-10 years)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Awareness of industry changes that may affect business operations
- Networking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organizational skills
- Analytical mindset and desire to learn
- Self-motivated, dedicated team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer growth
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience building and maintaining customer relationships
- Ability to embrace a mindset of continuous improvement and actively contribute to team processes and procedures
- Creative problem solving under pressure when working through customer issues
- Prior knowledge of Maximizer or other CRMs is an asset
