**Position Overview**:
The position requires organization and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment and the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner. Bulletproof’s Managed Services group is a 24x7x365 operation, working hard to enable the best possible support and uptime for all of our valued clients.

Based primarily out of one of our Atlantic Canada offices, this position would help support the scheduling and coordinator of the department's technical team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting client information, and managing assignments.
- Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Completes requests by greeting clients, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Administrative writing skills
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and organization
- Reporting skills
- Verbal Communication
- Microsoft Office skills
- A strong knowledge of MS 0365 products.
- Experience working in a very fast paced environment.
- 2-3 years of prior coordination and administration experience required.
- Business Analysis experience is a plus.
