Tourpano is revolutionizing customer engagement through immersive 3D experiences. Specializing in crafting 3D virtual tours, we empower businesses to bridge the gap between the digital realm and reality, offering a unique window into their spaces, products, or services.

**Duties**
- Conduct targeted research to identify and prioritize potential leads, leveraging our existing database and external sources.
- Schedule and conduct demonstrations of our virtual tours, using success stories to illustrate our impact.
- Highly Preferred (but not mandatory): ability to provide in-person demonstrations, offering a hands-on experience to potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in business development or sales role, preferably in the same industry.
- Eagerness to learn about the 3D virtual tours (training materials provided).
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Competency in organizing and tracking leads using spreadsheets or CRM systems.
- Highly Desired (but not required): cold calling experience and fearless.
- Residing in the Greater Montreal region.

**Compensation**

In addition to the base salary, a 20% commission will be provided for every closed client.

- Effectuer des recherches ciblées pour identifier et prioriser des pistes potentielles en utilisant notre base de données existante et des sources externes.
- Planifier et effectuer des démonstrations de nos tours virtuels, en utilisant des études de cas pour illustrer notre impact.
- Fortement préféré (mais pas obligatoire) : capacité à fournir des démonstrations en personne, offrant une expérience concrète aux clients potentiels.

**Exigences**
- Expérience en développement des affaires ou en vente, de préférence dans le même secteur d'activité.
- Grande volonté d'apprendre à propos des tours virtuels 3D (matériel de formation fourni).
- Excellentes capacités de négociation et de persuasion.
- Compétence dans l'organisation et le suivi des pistes à l'aide de tableurs ou de systèmes CRM.
- Fortement souhaité (mais pas exigé) : expérience des appels à froid et audace.
- Domicilisé a la grande region de Montreal.

**Compensation**:
En plus du salaire de base, une commission de 20 % sera offerte pour chaque client conclu.
