**Requirements**:

- ** Organization**; able to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure projects are managed on time, on budget.
- ** Content creation and management**: Produce high-quality and engaging content such as blog posts, articles, social media updates, infographics, videos, and more. Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery across platforms.
- ** Website maintenance**: update and maintain our forms, resources, and customer information on our public websites and DEI internal ESC website.
- ** Social media management**: Oversee social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement. Monitor trends and best practices to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- ** Campaign** **performance** **reporting**: Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and present findings to the marketing team and senior management.
- ** Responding**: Manage our customer inboxes weekly and triage as needed.
- ** Budget Management**: Has a keen eye for detail and accuracy managing our monthly budget and forecast.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing & Communications Advisor or similar role.
- A Problem-solver - Leading with a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Proficient using marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Able to manage, monitor and wrap up campaigns with actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of video editing, CMS, social media scheduling software is a plus.
- Experience in Canadian Healthcare industry is a bonus.
