Sweet Impressions Bakery is searching for a creative, hard-working, and passionate individual to join our team within the role of Baker

**About the Role**

We’re searching for Full Time Bakers to join our amazing team in our production kitchen This role will include everything from baking and decorating cupcakes to making doughs and batters, to rolling and baking sugar cookies (you’ll be a sugar cookie machine before you know it) **This position will be working from our Production Facility which is a separate location from our Storefront.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Adhere to our Allergy Awareness Policy to ensure a 100% peanut and tree nut free environment and take all necessary precautions to prevent cross-contamination with allergens present in the bakery
- Following recipes to execute production of all baked goods according to Sweet Impressions standards
- Prepare orders according to our internal Order Processing System
- Prepping, preparing, and producing baked goods including, but not limited to, cookies, cakes, dessert squares, doughnuts
- Fill and finish cookie sandwiches, dessert tarts, flourless tarts, cake pops/truffles, doughnuts
- Restock ingredient bins and monitor inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Assist in receiving orders and ensure all ingredients are from approved “nut free” facilities with allergen reports in place
- Communication with teammates on all tasks to be completed daily and weekly
- Other duties as assigned

**Who Are You?**
- You have a minimum 1 year baking experience (asset)
- You may have post-secondary education (degree or certificate) in Baking or Patisserie (asset)
- Very detail oriented with a fine attention to detail - we pride ourselves on our confidence in 100% nut free baking and egg
- and dairy-free baking within our vegan line
- Ability to follow tasks and work independently
- An early riser Someone who is ready to work as early as 4am
- Someone fun, positive, and friendly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $14.50-$16.00 per hour

- Winnipeg, MB R3H 1A7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
