Financ1fyd Auto Loans is a special finance office and our focus is to make money for us, YOU will too if you work with us. If You can sell cars at good prices and provide good customer service while being firm on holding profits then this role is best for you. YOU NEED TO BRING IN CUSTOMERS FROM SOCIAL MEDIA AND FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE(THIS IS A MUST AND ONLY WAY TO GET CUSTOMERS ). You will experience best in class Financing in the Auto Industry thats Unmatched you will experience the difference if you are chosen to work with us

**Responsibilities**
- Convince Customers on high Biweekly payments and higher Sub prime rates that they qualify for.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential leads and following up on inquiries.
- Regular Social Media Presence required 2 proper 30-60 second clips to be posted on our and your Business Social Media Accounts.
- Sales Skills - Customer Control, Basic Financing Knowledge
- Some Understanding of Credit and a good hold of Sales and Car Brand Knowledge
- Maintain an organized approach to managing customer interactions and sales documentation.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle arrivals to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Participate in dealership events and promotions to attract new customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales or within a dealership environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the sales pipeline process and effective sales techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
- A passion for automobiles and an eagerness to stay updated on industry trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
