Copack Office Admin- Part Time

JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the CoPack Administrative Supervisor, ensures the completion of scheduled activities and compliance to established procedures. Hours will be Monday-Thursday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, total hours will be 24 hours weekly. Overall responsibility to complete all work assigned in accordance with supplied work instructions and standard procedures.
BACKGROUND/QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Grade 12 high school or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year previous clerical experience is required
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), expert level in Excel preferred
- Excellent organization, communication skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Able to lift 20-30lbs occasionally
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -**
1) Oversee administrative procedures related to printing and filing of production and base tracking paperwork.
2) Verification of WIP (Work in progress) to ensure correct production quantities
3) Processing of outbound shipments and updates to production system.
4) Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed
5) Work with Team Leaders to obtain answers, status updates and provide administrative support.
6) Verification, processing and corrections for production orders, consumption journals, output journals.
7) Processing receipt for base product.
8) Allocation of hours for Payroll.
9) Assemble data and prepare departmental metrics including production/quotas and lot codes.
10) Perform all the other duties as required.
