Tow Motor Operator

**ACCOUNTABILITY**
Accountable to the CoPacking Shift Supervisor.
**JOB SUMMARY**
Unloading of internal shipments and internal movement of product to assigned locations as identified.
**BACKGROUND/QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent and or 2-3 years prior experience
- Excellent organization, communication skills
- Computer skills are an asset
- Able to lift 50 lbs occasionally, 20-30lbs frequently
- Good organization and communication skills
- Able to read, write, and understand verbal and written English instructions
- Must hold a current Counter Balance Forklift certificationfrom a training facility that is Marco approved, or willing to obtain.
**CERTIFICATION/LICENSES REQUIRED**
Counter Balance Forklift certification.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1)** **Operate counterbalance or other machinery used for transporting or shipping materials**
**2)** **Follow documented receiving procedures as assigned by shift supervisor.**
3) **Responsible for operating powered equipment for the purpose of loading, unloading moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting product.**
4) Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments.
5) Relocate items within the warehouse.
6) Inspect, count and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods.
7) Record information on products inspected/ received on receiving reports.

9) Maintain accurate counts.
10) Other duties as required by the position.
