**What's this role about?**
**What will I be doing?**
- Ensure that the website is protected by the appropriate security measures as well as full compliance of the website with any laws and regulations
- Troubleshoot any website issues, including security breaches, and communicate any major problems to the wider team. Identify opportunities to improve the website and continuously validate that the website provides a great user experience
- Work with marketing team members to develop and implement product launches, marketing campaigns, and engagement programs across multiple platforms. Oversee the planning and execution of site content to ensure timeliness of all web content publishing
- Manage the implementation of customer experience enhancement projects on the website from defining required functionality, timeline, deployment, testing, analysis, and ongoing refinement
- Own and run the digital teams ticket backlog by logging, managing and prioritizing tickets in Jira. Be comfortable planning and delivering different work streams simultaneously
- Run web analytics reports that contribute meaningful analysis and actionable insights to the marketing team. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required
- Identify, build and execute on A/B and multivariate tests to improve the website and support business objectives. Analyze, evaluate and report on test results to recommend next steps
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging web technologies, online engagement trends and monitor competitor websites
**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as a website manager
- Ability to hit the ground running with managing operations and maintenance of a revenue driving website with a short introductory period and with mínimal supervision
- Strong knowledge around the importance of website speed, security, accessibility, usability, SEO and the ability to take actions on these
- Hands-on, strong experience with WordPress and Google Analytics. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, XD, Figma and Gutenberg a bonus
- Outstanding communication and organization skills. Creative, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Familiar with accessibility and compliance standards as well as W3C web standards
- Manage roles and permissions and other features of the CMS for all user groups across the marketing function
