Customer Service Agent

Consequently, we're seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team.
In this role, you'll report to the Customer Service Manager and assist our customers with any requests or difficulties related to our products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Inputting necessary information into our ERP system.
- Preparing quotations.
- Following up on deliveries and returns
- Respond promptly to customerrequests and make rigorous follow-ups.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be fluent in both French and English, as most of ourcustomers are English-speaking, know your way around Microsoft Office, be a great communicator, a team player and be able to remain patient, professional, and autonomous in your work.
