Responsibilies include:

- Provide customer service and support through product knowledge of chemicals and accessories
- Create Invoices and process transactions for all product sales
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are stocked
- Check and maintain proper water chemistry of spas running in the showroom
- Answer calls and provide customer support
- Identify customer needs and provide product solutions that fit both their needs and budget
- Build a strong rapport with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Complete water tests and provide treatment options
- Increase personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, competition and promotions through continuous professional training and development
- Complete all required sales documentation with the customer
- Respond to leads as assigned in a timely manner and update their status accordingly
- Present products and information to customers with the purpose of determining the right product for them and closing the sale
- Assist with marketing and promotional materials to increase brand awareness and product knowledge within the community
- Assist with Home Shows and Festivals for potential sales and marketing growth
- Meeting and exceeding revenue targets by taking every available opportunity to suggest the best matched services & products to our customers' needs
- Be accountable for your metrics & KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and taking proactive steps to improve them against personal and company standards
- Maintain a professional and friendly manner with all customers and colleagues

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
