IBM Canada was selected as GISA’s new SSP following a competitive Request for Proposal. GISA and IBM Canada worked together to transition services as of October 1, 2023, from the incumbent SSP, while in parallel are planning the implementation of a transformed technology platform. The new platform will be a key enabler of GISA’s business transformation and enhanced service delivery to regulators and industry stakeholders.
