**Responsabilités principales**:

- Assurer la planification/ouverture/fermeture des bon de travail à l’interne;
- Être responsable de l’ouverture à la fermeture des dossiers en accord avec l’agenda de livraisons ainsi que les demandes de préparations;
- Assurer la communication entre les départements de ventes et pièces et service;
- Assurer la communication avec les différents intervenants externes;
**Qualifications et compétences requises**:

- Posséder une expérience pertinente;
- Avoir de l’entregent, posséder un excellent service à la clientèle;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression;
- Professionnalisme, courtoisie et présentation soignée;
- Avoir de la facilité et de l’intérêt à travailler en équipe;
- Le genre masculin n’est utilisé qu’afin d’alléger le texte.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Ensure the planning/opening/closing of internal work orders;
- Be responsible for opening and closing files in accordance with delivery schedules and preparation requests;
- Ensure communication between sales and parts and service departments;
- Communicate with external parties;

- Relevant experience;
- Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Professionalism, courtesy and neat presentation;
- Ability and interest in working as part of a team;
