**Job Title**: Internal Service Advisor

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. As an Internal Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and our sales team. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on mechanical issues, and maximizing sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an automotive repair setting
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of dealership operations is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain repair processes
- Strong sales skills to promote services effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients
- Complete scheduling for the service department
