**Position**:Marketing Coordinator

**Job Summary**: The Marketing coordinator will play a pivotal role in leveraging social media channels and online promotions to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and promote the events and promotions at Rama Gaming House.

**Status**: Full time - Hourly rate starting at $25/hour

**The team member will be responsible for performing the following activities**:.
- Execute on our activities across various mediums such as social media and digital advertising campaigns.
- Develop a strategy to help establish our brand, manage multiple projects and set short-term and long-term department goals.
- Ongoing creation of content for social media channels and advertising.
- Collaborate on strategies with the Marketing team
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Work with inhouse design team on content for the appropriate for the various marketing channels.
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Attend and support all live promotions on site at each location
- Must be mobile and able to move between our Mississauga and Scarborough locations as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven experience as a social media coordinator or similar role. (Include examples of your work)
- Strong understanding of engagement and techniques to improve algorithmic reach on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok
- Work experience in customer service Experience in hosting and promoting live events in the hospitality sector.
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords.
- Experience with CRM software
- BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
- Strong computer skills to include effective working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to maintain strict deadlines for closing processes and project timelines.
- Knowledge, skills, and ability to work with AV systems, reward systems, gaming devices, safety equipment, etc.
- Strong leadership skills and customer service orientation required.
- Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel.
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- As a key team member, you will be required to learn all channels of the business - las vegas style cabinet games, bingo, e-bingo games, food and beverage;
- You will be required to occasionally take shifts in each area as required and must be able to accommodate shifts in the day, night, on weekends and holidays as required.
