Marketing Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate and manage various marketing projects, ensuring that they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with the overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging marketing collateral, including marketing collateral, presentations, social media content, and website materials.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and customer preferences, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Help plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and conferences, coordinating logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up for both our trade and retail teams.
- Assist in monitoring and analyze marketing campaign performance, tracking key metrics, and providing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Assist with managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
- Maintain and update the marketing supplier database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and customer service, to align marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in various administrative duties.
- Other duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing, social media, and branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative marketing solutions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Knowledge of the industry and understanding of target market preferences is an advantage.
