POSITION TITLE**:MARKETING COORDINATOR**
REPORTS TO: Marketing Supervisor
WORK SCHEDULE: Regular, Full-Time, Days

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Reporting to the Marketing Supervisor, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives as well as assist in the development and roll out the social media plan. This role works alongside the Administration and Marketing Coordinator and will serve as back-up when they are unable to fulfill their role.
**POSITION OBJECTIVES**: The objectives of the Marketing Coordinator are as follows:
MARKETING
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and Product Coordinator to effectively curate and execute launch plans consisting of webinars, magazines, launch kits, sales sample coordination, and collateral - print and digital assets;
- Execute ongoing updates to the Allseating website such as uploading of new product information and marketing tools;
- Conduct and prepare various research studies as necessary (i.e.: trend, market, events, etc.);
- Manage and maintain Allseating’s CEU (continued education units) offerings - register, track and support sales reps as needed, developing new content etc;
- Seek out opportunities to support the Sales team, create case studies as required;
- Support and execute Allseating’s marketing assets, collaborating with our branding agency to ensure assets are on brand and to spec;
- Support Allseating’s public relations efforts in collaboration with our PR agency in New York, including crafting press releases, and planning PR initiatives around key events and important announcements;
SOCIAL MEDIA
- Execute the social media plan through curating content that is on brand and on trend;
- Consistently monitor target audiences and social media channels for industry trends;
- Design and execute campaigns and a results-driven social media strategy;
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content;
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics;
- Ensure maximum effectiveness by staying up to date with any changes on all social platforms;
- Create an optimal schedule for posting, considering both customer engagement metrics as well as web traffic;
- Suggest ways to optimize content, and new methods to attract prospective customers, such as competitions or promotions; and
- Perform other duties as required.
**REQUIRED SKILLSET**:
In order to thrive in our fast-paced, highly flexible work environment the Marketing Coordinator must possess the following:
- Business/Marketing degree/diploma or relevant work experience;
- 1-3 years experience in marketing, preferably with some social media experience;
- Working knowledge of Adobe software (Photoshop and InDesign);
- Capable of working with multiple team members across many departments;
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Superior research and analytical skills; and
- Self-starter with exceptional project management skills with ability to work independently and own a project from conception to completion.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
