**CENTRAL CONTROL ROOM (CCR) SUPERVISOR**
**Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations (Sudbury INO)**

Sudbury INO places top priority on achieving a zero harm workplace. Our organization supports this goal with safety initiatives and programs that are incorporated in all aspects of our operations.

This supervisory position is accountable to the Operations General Foreman to ensure safe, cost effective transportation of ore, waste, fill and the movement of people and materials are executed at Fraser Mine within the Sudbury Mining Division. The control room also serves as the communication center for all mine operating and emergency responses. In absence of a senior supervisor, during an emergency, the position assumes responsibility for directing mine operations.

The CCR Supervisor co-ordinates the activities of various underground operating and services functions and works in conjunction with both the Operating and Services personnel and has the authority to work independently, changing plans to safely achieve all production goals. The position is trained to monitor and operate mine systems and hoists in manual and automatic modes. This position may also relieve the Mine Shift Boss as required.

The position requires previous supervisory experience in a mine production or mine maintenance capacity, with a track record of accomplishment and communications skills that demonstrate the ability to lead production and trades people at the site.
