**Responsibilities**:
**Market Research**:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to identify business opportunities.

**Lead Generation**:

- Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted lead lists and develop strategies for outreach.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

**Proposal Development**:

- Support in the preparation of business proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Work closely with the business development team to ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals.

**Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to create and update sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Assist in organizing and participating in client meetings and presentations.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Provide administrative support for business development activities, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a business development or sales support role.
- Knowledge of parking management and enforcement services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.07 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Vancouver, BC (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: Relocate before starting work (required)
