**Residential Site Supervisor**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- **Team Leadership**: Build, manage, and motivate a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and tradespeople, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and clear communication to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor construction progress and perform quality inspections to guarantee compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company standards.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify potential issues early, develop practical solutions, and implement corrective measures to keep projects on track.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with project coordinators, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Budget Oversight**: Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, schedules, and safety logs.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations and protocols, promoting a culture of safety on the job site.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in residential construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong expertise in building and managing construction teams.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
- Proficient in project scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an asset.
- OSHA or equivalent safety certification.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality residential projects on time and within budget.

Pay: $85,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
