The Accounts Payable (A/P)/Receptionist is responsible for Accounts Payable administration, Accounts Receivable Administration, GL account reconciliations, issuing purchase orders, ordering parts, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors.

**Accounts Payable Duties**
- Match, verify, code and post Accounts Payable invoices daily.
- Issue vendor payments using various tender types (credit card, EFT, and cheque.)
- Balance vendor statements to internal Accounts Payable vendor balances, investigate and correct variances.
- Reconcile credit card statements to internal General Ledger, investigate and correct variances.
- Maintain Accounts Payable records in a timely and orderly manner.
- Provide support for staff queries regarding supplier purchases.
- Maintain Accounts Payable System.
- Issue purchase orders.
- Order parts.

**Accounts Receivable Duties**
- Process customer payments daily.
- Follow up on customer billing concerns, queries and issue credits or debits on a timely basis.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable System.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable files and records in a timely and orderly manner.
- Provide support for staff queries regarding customer sales.

**Receptionist Duties**
- Greet and direct visitors.
- Answer phone calls.
- Accept inbound deliveries and organize outbound deliveries.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail.
- Maintain the reception in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Order office supplies, stationary and other.

**General Accounting Duties**
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Record credit card transactions
- Complete credit card reconciliations
- Record journal entries.
- Reconcile relevant General Ledger accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant education and 3+ years work experience.
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Able to perform account reconciliations.
- Knowledge of accounting systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Superior telephone manners and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Reliable transportation.

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
