Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately post deposits to owners' accounts.
- Communicate with owners regarding any discrepancies
- Support the efficient operation of the Accounts Receivable department by following directions and completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Foster effective communication and relationships with Supervisors, Strata Agents, and colleagues.
- Maintain positive relationships with owners.
- Conduct all business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical behavior.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience with in property management is a plus
- Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
