**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepares and delivers financial reports and statements with varying time lines and reporting requirements including financial plans, forecasts, variance analysis, budgets and management reports.
- Conducts standard and specialized analysis in support of all relevant financial reports, statements and reporting requirements, primarily by using spreadsheet templates, generally accepted review procedures or through customized development of reporting formats and content.
- Keeps a repository of various performance indicators and historical data.
- Lead in collecting and updating all relevant financial data and analytical input to various financial packages distributed internally as well as supporting for annual planning and procedural enhancements (within Finance).
- Implements and maintains management reporting formats, controls and processes, in consideration of internal, regulatory and compliance requirements (i.e. EUC, Shareholders, Board, etc.)
- Work with finance reporting tools and manage excel workbook data transfer where required.

**Qualifications**:
Specific Knowledge & Skills (not preferred or an asset)
- Undergraduate business degree with (or working toward) a professional accounting designation (CA, CGA or CMA ) or MBA. CA preferred.
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial planning, analysis and management /financial reporting
- Exposure to integrated ERP systems; planning and reporting modules; data extraction
- Working Conditions Unique to Job (i.e. Standard Office Environment) - Hybrid
