Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor/ Duty Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Duty Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and provide feedback
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality or food service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and industry best practices
- Experience in training staff members
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including cash handling and POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
