We are seeking a BI Analyst who will report to the Manager of Merchandise Planning - eCommerce, and who’ll be tasked to analyze, interpret data, and identify insights relevant to the eCommerce business leading to better decision-making. You will play a pivotal role in helping deliver to market a variety of initiatives to fuel our Digital Retail D2C (direct to consumer) and Omnichannel Experience strategy. As part of your role, you will also develop ad hoc reports and dashboards that provide actionable intelligence to business stakeholders.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Assist in developing eCommerce strategies based on data-driven insights to drive business decisions and improve processes

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements

Develop data model using MS Power BI while leveraging best practices

Utilize MS Power BI to transform data into understandable and interactive visual representations

Address and troubleshoot data-related issues, providing solutions to improve business outcomes

Work in collaboration with the business units and the analytics team in an agile way to deliver value through analytics products or business analysis

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Knowledge of the MS Power BI, DAX Studio and Tabulor Editor

Good knowledge in querying databases using the SQL language

Passion for data and analytics

Experience in eCommerce or Retail role

Problem solver with critical thinking skills including an aptitude to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic organization

Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally with stakeholders, including executives.

Highly motivated to work in an open team environment, employing a collaborative, continuous improvement, and innovation mindset

Experience with Jira, MS PowerApps, MS Power Automate, DevOps, SQL, Snowflake, Data Visualization (an asset)
