Finance Analyst, Ecommerce

We are looking for a professional with a strong finance background to support the growth of BRP’s emerging eCommerce and marketplace channels. Your mandate will be to contribute to the development of financial and operational processes, and tools while driving financial oversight and investment assessment to ensure profitable growth.

This role, based at our Montreal office, will report directly to the Head of Marketing Finance.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Be the financial business Analyst for eCommerce and marketplace channels.

Contribute to building end-to-end financial and operational processes for eCommerce and marketplace channels.

Develop key financial reporting tools for the BRP eCommerce website in order to drive strong business growth.

Own P&L budgeting and controlling responsibility for the business unit, working on tracking and optimizing spending to deliver value for the consumer and BRP.

Deliver investment analysis, recommendations, and review of results across the business areas critical to BRP’s business success.

Ensure good governance of digital marketing spending, working with the digital marketing team on planning, spending follow-up and performance tracking.

Collaborate closely with Marketing Finance, Distribution Finance and the broader finance network within BRP to build visibility on cost drivers and optimize key P&L lines.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
3-5 years of experience working within the finance function, more precisely within commercial finance and business partnering.

Experience in eCommerce is a must.

A bachelor's degree in Finance with a strong interest in marketing.

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Strong interpersonal skills with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

A strong collaborator in building relationships with key business experts.

An inquisitive mindset with strong analytical skills.

A passion for metrics and figures with attention to detail.
