If you are passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and problem solving, we have the role for you You will be responsible for the planning and execution of our Sarnia refinery maintenance plans in accordance with our standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Create high quality job plans that account for the correct people, equipment, tools, materials, services and logic to perform work in a safe and efficient manner- Provide feedback to the cross-functional team on approved work request quality and/or flag any constraints that prevent planning as requested- Work with Engineering to ensure early constructability reviews are done with an eye to practical & efficient field installation. Review and provide feedback on Engineering work packages- Provide support to reliability to determine, create, optimize, review and release cyclical program job plans (maintenance only)- Identify continuous improvement opportunities by using and improving plan templates and soliciting feedback both during the planning process and following work execution**Responsibilities**:
- Five years of technical/mechanical experience and/or a trade certification- Experience in the oil and gas or similar industrial environment- A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Location and other Key Details:
- You will work out of our Sarnia refinery in Ontario, located at 1900 St. Clair Parkway- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs- The position is largely office-based with daily field verification of plans including climbing with exposure to all weather conditions
