Nous sommes un fournisseur de services gérés (MSP) de premier plan à la recherche d'un **Directeur des TI **hautement qualifié pour notre client situé à Montréal, au Québec. qui est le premier fournisseur mondial d'enrichissement scientifique pour les enfants âgés de trois à douze ans. L'entreprise offre des expériences scientifiques et des jouets uniques et pratiques pour les enfants, qui sont aussi divertissants qu'éducatifs.

**Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes**:

- Développer et exécuter la stratégie informatique globale alignée sur les buts et objectifs commerciaux de l'entreprise, en mettant l'accent sur l'exploitation de Microsoft 365, Zoho et d'autres plateformes tierces.
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du département informatique, en veillant au bon fonctionnement de tous les systèmes et infrastructures informatiques.
- Diriger une équipe de professionnels de l'informatique, en leur fournissant des conseils, en les encadrant et en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif.
- Superviser le déploiement, la configuration et la maintenance de Microsoft 365, Zoho et d'autres plateformes tierces pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels de l'entreprise.
- Gérer et optimiser les budgets informatiques, les ressources et les relations avec les fournisseurs afin de maximiser la rentabilité et l'efficacité.
- Assurer la sécurité et l'intégrité des données, des systèmes et des réseaux de l'entreprise, en mettant en œuvre des mesures de cybersécurité robustes.
- Évaluer et recommander de nouvelles technologies, des logiciels et des solutions matérielles afin d'améliorer les opérations et la productivité de l'entreprise.
- Collaborer avec d'autres départements pour comprendre leurs besoins technologiques et fournir un soutien informatique stratégique.
- Identifier les plans de redondance, de reprise après sinistre et de continuité des activités afin d'atténuer les risques potentiels et d'assurer la continuité des opérations.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances et des meilleures pratiques du secteur afin d'identifier les possibilités d'innovation et d'amélioration.
- Diriger les projets informatiques de leur conception à leur achèvement, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient livrés dans les délais et à ce que leur mise en œuvre soit réussie.
- Fournir des rapports réguliers à la direction générale, décrivant les performances informatiques, les projets et les résultats obtenus.

**Vos qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat en informatique, en technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente.
- Expérience confirmée (7+ ans) dans un rôle de gestion ou de leadership informatique, avec une expérience réussie dans la mise en œuvre d'initiatives informatiques avec un fort accent sur Microsoft 365 et Zoho.
- Solide connaissance des systèmes informatiques, de l'infrastructure et des meilleures pratiques en matière de cybersécurité.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership et de communication, avec la capacité d'inspirer et de motiver une équipe.
- Esprit analytique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes pour relever des défis informatiques complexes.
- Expert en technologies "cloud", en gestion des données et en tendances informatiques émergentes.
- Une bonne chose à avoir : certifications pertinentes dans Microsoft 365, Zoho ainsi qu'une bonne compréhension du développement et de la maintenance des API.
