**Tekla Support Specialist**

**Location: Mississauga, ON.**

The Computer Aided Support Specialist Liaison supports 2D /3D CAD Tools interoperability with regards to the Tekla and AutoDesk products and their integration with document management systems.

**Your role within the team**:
System level activities required to support the following products: Tekla and AutoDesk Plant 3D. This includes items such as:

- Participate in software certification, User Acceptance Testing and delivery processes, ensure issues are communicated to developers and software vendors as needed.
- Provide user support for: Tekla and Autodesk products.
- Maintain Tekla / AutoCad Plant borders - security identifiers.
- Resolve software installation issues.
- Liaise with external vendors including IT developers to investigate unusual problems with software releases/ hardware issues, or to receive assistance with hardware and peripheral malfunctions.
- Develop/Review Tekla specifications.
- Customize Tekla 3D Catalog; Support 3D Modeling and train users as required.
- Establish and document work processes.
- Liaise with end users to define and implement enhancements.
- Monitor disk space and system resources and communicating issues to Engineering Tools.
