**Role and Responsibilities**

**Job Summary**:
Mint's Customer Service Associate is responsible for maintaining day-to-day customer service and administrative duties. This individual will be responsible for executing smooth operations of all sales and purchase order processing, product shipments, returns, and other CSR activities, ensuring satisfaction for stakeholders and improvements in customer service.

**Job functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Act as a point-in-contact person for service inquiries including sales orders, inventory inquiries, shipping, and administrative requests.
- Ensure the processing of all orders and other documentation in our ERP system correctly.
- Setting up new customer accounts in the company’s operating system.
- Working closely with our domestic logistics service provider, responsible for tracking inventory activities and product shipments for all customers.
- Ensure backorders are tracked and facilitated once inventory is received.
- Ensure documentation and follow-up on shipping errors and issues.
- Review nonconformance invoices and documents and liaison with customers for corrections wherever required
- Responsible to liaison with Accounts Receivable and Payable with sales teams and customers; facilitate approval & processing of customer credits
- Liaison with cross functions teams (QA/Sales/WH/IT) for respective customer inquiries (release/discrepancies, EDI flow & others)
- Continuously look at opportunities to enhance customer experience and team’s delivery on CSR KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both English and French with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 1-2 yr. exp in customer service will be an asset.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Work independently and accomplish required tasks without supervision.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office products and Enterprise Resource Planning Tools.
