Office Manager/clinic Director

The main role of this job is to oversee the day to day goings-on at the clinic, and ensure it runs smoothly.
The top two priorities are;
1. Patient education and recruitment.
2. Staff retention and recruitment.
These are accomplished in the following ways; personalized report of findings with new patients, marketing, social media, outreach events, budgeting, goal setting, coaching practitioners, team building events, and working to create a culture with a positive team atmosphere, centered around our company values.
Other tasks include;
1. Over-seeing office administration, as well as some front desk hours.
2. Practitioner Contracts: be the liaison between practitioners and clinic with details of contracts. (Split percentage, or employee wage, contract start date and end date).
3. WSIB and MVA : ensure files set up correctly, forms filled out on schedule and submitted, invoicing. Experience is preferred.
4. Recruiting, interviewing and hiring practitioners.
6. HR
7. Practitioner and staff one on one meetings, performance reviews.
8. Encouraging intra-office referrals.
9. Patient recruitment and marketing, as well as developing yearly marketing strategies.
10. Data analysis: patient retention, practitioner sales details and monthly comparisons. Setting goals accordingly, and monthly reports.

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
