We have an exciting** Part Time** opportunity for a **Psychologist** to join our Acquired Brain Injury Services (ABI) Team. While our office is based in** Langley, **we value work life balance and offer opportunity to work remotely as well.

This position will work alongside and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including OT, PT, SLP, RT, SW, Nurses and a Behaviour Analyst. Offering the opportunity to see results and track progress, this position will have a mix of short term and longer-term clientele. There are opportunities for both individual and group sessions.

This is a unique opportunity to expand your skillset in treating clients with complex presentations that could include a combination of: ABI, trauma, personality disorders, mental health concerns and substance use. We are looking to support clients in living their best life in ways that are meaningful and relevant to them.

As a single psychologist on the team, we recognize the importance of being part of a community of practice with other psychologists in Fraser Health. Detailed Overview:
The Psychologist is responsible for providing a full range of psychological services within a multidisciplinary team that provides rehabilitation and community support to clients within Acquired Brain Injury Services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides a full range of psychological services to clients with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). Provides a comprehensive oral and/or written assessment of client functioning that may include specific information on any of the following areas: intellectual, neurocognitive, emotional, personality, psychopathology, interests and aptitudes.
- Provides rehabilitative treatment through collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for training and/or social rehabilitation of clients with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
- Provides neurocognitive assessments to individuals with mild to severe brain injuries who are clients of Acquired Brain Injury Services.
- Provides individual and group treatment interventions for challenging personality traits post injury and works closely with the multidisciplinary team and contractors to inform psychological aspects of the care plan.
- Responsible for program development and management of psychological services for the Acquired Brain Injury program including clinical and administrative expertise on ABI assessment, treatment, service planning, and program design.
