Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

PocketHealth is a patient-centric platform that enables hospitals and clinics across North America to share imaging records digitally with patients, instantly and securely. Through our platform, we enable patients to be active and engaged participants in their own care, and take control of their care journey. In addition to image sharing, which is the heart of the PocketHealth platform, we’ve grown our core functionality to enable sharing between hospitals and physicians, as well as instant image retrieval and automated importing capability. PocketHealth is a unified image management solution for over 500 hospitals and clinics across North America. We believe that by placing patients at the center of the record release process, data moves more ethically, easily and securely throughout the care journey, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to help make this vision a reality for millions more patients across North America.
We are looking for an analytical, creative, and disciplined marketer to help continuously identify CRO opportunities across our full acquisition funnel (both marketing website and product). This individual will be tasked with identifying the CRO opportunities, building out the experiment variants, testing, learning, iterating, and ultimately acquiring patient users more effectively.
We’re looking for an individual with experience working in direct-to-consumer products, with 2-3 years of CRO experience.
**Here's how you'll make an impact**:
- Manage our cycle of web experimentation and optimization
- Constantly be evaluating our site for new ways to improve the user experience
- Implement experiments via an optimization platform
- Report on and analyze experiments while iterating to improve outcomes
- Work with our Product & Engineering teams to identify areas for CRO improvement in our down-funnel in-product acquisition
- Help give recommendations for how we focus our experimentation in-product to increase acquisition and retention
- Work with our channel-owners to ensure we’re offering the most effective experiences for patient users regardless of where they’re coming from
**These will help you succeed**:
- Strong experience working with DTC brands
- A successful track record of increasing conversion rate through experimentation and iteration
- A growth mindset and a comfort level operating in fast-moving, high growth environments
- The ability to interpret data and results, and turn them into actionable insights that drive decision-making
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, in particular Brand, Comms, and Product
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Nice-to-have: some front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
