We’re looking for our next Team Lead, Personalization, Optimization, & Audience Solutions. Could It Be You?
The Digital Measurement Team at Questrade is looking for a team leader to lead conversion rate optimization, and personalization on the site and support the audience strategy and lead audience creation to support the overall growth of the business.

The role will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including analysis, reporting, personalization, testing and audience creation while contributing to strategic planning and initiatives.

What’s it like working as Team Lead, Personalization, Optimization, & Audience Solutions at Questrade?
As a Team Lead you will support on the development of recommended Audience, Optimization and Personalization strategies and lead the execution of testing and optimization plans and audience creation in AEP, with the objective of improving business performance across LOBs. Further, you will also conduct knowledge sharing sessions and provide support to analytics related enquiries for internal teams.

Core personal responsibilities
- Personalization & Optimization
- Conduct UX & Conversion Optimization audits for websites and leverage digital analytics tools and testing tools to deliver relevant, actionable, and insightful recommendations to shape future site development and to inform digital marketing strategies. Tools include, but are not limited to: Google Analytics 4, Adobe Target, and ClickTale/Contentsquare
- Collaborate with traffic generation teams to optimize each conversion path
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan
- Partner closely with product design, content, social media, and paid media teams to test and improve content, creative, copy and audience targeting to ensure campaign optimization
- Analyze and present testing results in an engaging way with actionable recommendations that can be applied to continuously improve the user experience and site performance
- Audience Solution
- Support the development of audience strategy across all marketing channels based on business objectives
- Translate business requirements into data requirements for audience creation, and lead the audience creation and distribution
- Design testing approach to evaluate and improve audience performance on a ongoing basis
- Other Duties
- Conduct analysis and provide performance reporting to support the business needs
- Monitors, analyzes, and reports on outcomes of improvements and progress against KPIs
- Stay on top of the technology and industry updates, proactively share knowledge and best practices and co-lead education program design and development with analytics implementation team

- At least 5 years enterprise web analytics experience
- Working experience on personalization and conversion optimization projects
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, offline and digital data to make informed and data driven decisions about site optimization and personalization
- Strong understanding of analytics with hands on experience in Google Analytics (UA & GA4)
- Experience with web testing platforms (Adobe Target/Google Optimize), and heat mapping & session replay tools
- Proven experience in designing and building interactive dashboards using Looker Studio and Power BI (or other BI tools)
- Familiar with programming language like SQL and Python
- Willingness to seek continuous improvement and make tradeoff decisions between speed to execution and qu
