**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Guest Services Manager with expertise in event coordination, social media management, and marketing initiatives. As the Events & Marketing Specialist at Milestones, you will be responsible for planning and executing engaging events, managing our social media presence, and implementing creative marketing campaigns to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for hospitality with your skills in event planning and marketing to create memorable experiences for our guests and elevate our brand presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events and promotions, including private parties, corporate functions, and community engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop event concepts, themes, and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering arrangements, entertainment booking, and audiovisual requirements
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to promote special events, seasonal promotions, and new menu offerings, utilizing a mix of traditional and digital channels
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for events, social media, and marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Cultivate relationships with local influencers, media partners, and community organizations to amplify brand visibility and drive guest traffic
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event planning, social media, and marketing to maintain a competitive edge

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in event planning, social media management, and marketing, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and engaging content creation
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for event coverage
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is an asset
